it looks like the description of the TL is wrong it says that i has navigation but i think all model without deck lid spoiler and body color match handles are the base model witch dont have tech package
personally i would take TSX

cant really tell you witch one to get
you need to ask yourself this questions
Do I need the extra power?
Or I want great gas mileage?
Or why not search for new 2011 left over and get brand new car

Man, I don't know what is going on with the leather on that black TL but the armrest looks awful. Is it a plastic cover, I hope? I know you could replace it, but I'd be worried about how it was treated in such a short time.

My vote is the beautiful blue TSX.

I cant buy a new one,its too much, for either of the TSX, ill probably bring them down to at least 25-26k... the first one though had a call back he said because of a suspension noise they fixed but he says alot of people do it just to get out of the loan.. idk if i can trust that... the other wont take more than 26.5k

not sure if they are worth it or if i should wait or get a accord

The tsx does not get those mpg numbers, lol. Either way, the blue looks great but considering the great lease and financing rates, I'd rather go to the dealer and get a brand new car. Private sales on newer cars never made sense to me. Now a private sale on a 5+ yo car makes sense.

I honestly think that's the stupidest thing...how can a bigger sedan that is built by a company known for practicality not have rear folding seats.

When I had one for a loaner for a few days I hated it. I needed to put my bike in the back and was like wtf the seats dont fold. I honestly felt like my TSX was way nicer inside and out than the TL. From the little compartments in the console etc. and just how it felt overall, I felt like the TSX was a step up in every way. The TL seems like its better in only two ways: more leg room in the back, and its a more well known name. (comparing a V6 TSX to the non AWD TL)

I thought the TL was too large for me. I sat in the driver's seat and all I saw was hood. I thought I in a '80 Ford Thunderbird.

None of those cars are a good deal. I can walk down go my local dealer and buy a new TSX tech for under $29k

The first is a lemon (and Honda does not lemon a car for suspension noise), the TL is trashed and the second TSX has an idiot owner. Always buy the seller, not the product and the second TSX seems to have an owner who is fibbing about the description of the car he is selling.

Go to an Acura dealer and buy a leftover 2011. I'm sure you can find a good deal on one. You can probably get a better deal on the financing or even lease it.

I'd be wary of a 5,000mile "buy-back." Sounds like someone trying to turn a quick buck.

Why pay $27.5k for a used Tsx when you can buy a new one for about $1k more? You'll also get a better finance rate buying new vs used.

yeah, out of the three...dont get any. The tl is definitely better than tsx..and i own a tsx. Its bigger, and I love the body. Find something better, and the trick to getting a nice car is to not be in a hurry to buy something..I learned that one from experience. Good luck. oh, and definitely get a car with navigation..the speakers are better, and its usually not alot more expensive..

thats funny! I had the same impression when they gave me a tl loaner car.

The gauge cluster / display system in the tsx looks worlds better. In fact, I like the display in the tsx better than what's featured in the mdx, too. Surprised that Acura, unlike Audi, doesn't have a universal gauge cluster / display setup.

Lemon buybacks aren't necessary a bad thing. If the manufacture acknowledged that it was a buy back, they have to go over that car with a fine tooth comb in order to resell it. I like the the first TSX (v6) if you can take it down to 25-26K area. However, I would call Honda customer service with the VIN number and ask for a full history on the buyback. Also ask about their policy on future buyback if there any issues encountered down the road.

I'm sure they left out the 800+ destination charge. Not sure what else they could tack on.

Still would've saved me around 1500. Sad thing is I could've waited a month. But, I got a free Wing Spoiler installed so I GUESS I didn't come out too empty handed.

Le sigh. Hind sight is 20/20.

you always beat yourself up when you find out that you could have waited to get a better deal but do you party when you find out that waiting could have cost you money?

YES im talking about the 4g. Looks better in alot of ways. The only reason I went with the tsx is because of gas mileage and it was cheaper.. Personally, I love the 4g tl...my friend has one, so ive driven it also..TSX just made more sense to me.

I bought my TSX in November of 2011, I went to the dealership to buy a TL. I had no idea what a TSX and didn't care. The TL was my dream car...until I drove 3 of them. They suck. So they showed me this "smaller version" of the TL. I wasn't crazy about it at first glance, but than I drove it and instantly fell in love. The TSX in my opinion is a much better built car than the TL. Maybe because the TSX is built in Japan I don't know. But trust me you will enjoy the TSX in the long run
