Jump car to get home after batterie died. The ABS and VSA light came on and will not go off after replacing batterie.

You'll need a scanner that can communicate with the ABS/VSA module, some pocket scanners can do it. Sometimes it will store low voltage codes when you change out your battery. Best thing to do is to go a shop and clear them. I don't think autozone is "allowed" to clear codes for emissions reasons.
