I still am not 100% sure on him crowding New Girl now though. Seems like the writers can't figure out how to space out the story between them all, as if he begged to come back and the casting director loved him so much the first time around, it just happened.

30 Rock is fantastic!, Entourage is good in the beginning, kinda sucked towards the end, but you can watch if you want since they are doing a wrap-up movie soon, FNL..... I didn't care much for it, and Homeland season 1 was good, after that is beyond crap.

Yeah I've heard the same about 30 Rock, I'm really impatient when it comes to watching a new show. A lot of people raved about Homeland, but it's another one of those drama shows, didn't appeal much to me. I also heard it fell off.

I'd have installed it months ago if only I could get the computer to output the proper resolution over VGA. I still can't.

So, the whole gold digger vs. racist guy saga was actually a clever ploy by Magic Johnson to buy the Clippers.

He wanted to buy the Clippers for a while now, but Sterling never wanted to sell. So Magic figured a way to get it by getting the mistress who was already sick of Sterling's wife hounding her to coerce Sterling into a racist rant while being recorded. They confirmed this plan when they met up during the infamous instagram photo incident and she posted the pic knowing Sterling would be pissed about it. Magic knew this was the only way to get Sterling out and his only chance to swoop in and buy the Clippers for cheap during a forced sale.

Now, that is some sinister stuff right there.

while i totally agree that what sterling said is very wrong, what happened to free speech? i thought it was legal to be racist? to be controversial? i don't wanna push this far into religion/politics whatever, not the proper place for it, but why is it okay for westboro to say god hates fags and protest military funerals, but this guy can't say he doesn't like black people?

The basis of "free speech" based off the Constitution of the US is improperly used exhaustively.
But, I also believe that it is really messed up that a recording of what a person said in his own home is basis for a lynching of that person's entire livelihood. This is setting precedent for future hostile takeovers and destruction of lives.

Current and future business owners beware; everything you worked for can be taken away because of something you said one time in a heated moment within the privacy of your own home. Thanks court of public opinion and the continued failure of the human race!

Well first and foremost, the NBA had to do what was best for them. Sterling may technically own the team, but it's still a franchised business meaning the NBA is still the majority owner. Can you imagine the backlash had his repercussions been a fine (which means zilch to a 2 billion dollar man) and suspension for a certain time? This is what the people wanted. More importantly, his views affected who he hires (racial discrimination) and break civil rights laws. That would be the biggest knock I'd assume, aside from the reputation he's brought.

As for that church, they are in a sense, "properly" demonstrating freedom of speech and even in their protests, I think they get consent beforehand for it to be legal. They don't break any laws, besides being batshit crazy.

I get what you're saying, Sterling didn't break any laws. But you can't always say what you want without consequences. Sterling's views and comments offended many people, from the players to fans everywhere, anything less than having him sell that team would have been a tragedy.

Also, the guy is grade A scum, even before this incident.

So I had that cop guy follow me again. I know it's the same guy cuz he wears the same white glasses. Anyways he was behind me at a red, and since I wasn't thinking and because I only drive with VSA/TCT off, when it turned green I did a bit of tire screeching noise. He then followed me for 1.3miles, and then right before I turned into my street, he did a ricer flyby past me and cut me off (I think he saw my Acurazine stickas to lol). Right now since I can't drive to school, my mom drives my TSX during the day sometimes. I asked her if see noticed any cops following her but she said no.
