For those that replaced your front speakers... did you wire the tweeter directly to the factory wires? or do you wire them through the crossover from the wires that go to the woofer? (i am thinking of replacing the fronts with Alpine Type R)

Thanks Joseph! Waiting for the the weather to cool off a bit so I can do a nice fall shoot with the S4 and snow bunny GF. Hopefully that new avi will be even better. As for the JDM grilles for the 11+ models, I like the OEM grille as is. It's smaller and more inline with the proportions of the car. However, I do dig my knock of made in China RS4 grille. Fitment was right on the money for $200 shipped. Can't beat it!

^ Speaking of which...I gotta ask...doesnt it look weird to you that the audi 4 rings are so high up leaving the rest of the grille lookin somewhat bare? ie if it was lowered maybe 2 inches? or is it just me?

Redrilling them to 5x112 from 5x114. Keeping the centers in Mazda's diamond gray metallic and the lips polished.

Thanks MrStak! Me and ex are on good terms. No point in being enemies when we have kids together. I am sure you know that going back to stock is a pain in the ass. I just left the car as is with all the mods. The only problem is that a lot of people in the area mistaken her for me on the road until they pull up next to her and see it's a chick
