wow wtf. i got a ticket in the mail for failing to display a munimeter ticket on an address that i never parked at. any ideas on how to fight this?
the date on the letter mailed to me was for a monday for when i was at work. it was near my gf's apt. the furthest i've parked at my gf's apt was 1 block away. the address location was 3 blocks away.

Send in a written appeal and try to get proof that shows you & your car were both at work during the time the ticket was issued.... Does your job have some sort of badge in/badge out system for parking? And I'm sure your job has a clock in/clock out system.... should be fairly easy.
I was issued a ticket once for the same crap... "not paying a meter" but the address that was on the ticket was a complete different address from where I was parked.... and my meter paid ticket was clearly displayed on my passenger side window, as they requested. So I just documented everything (pictures, copies of the meter ticket, etc) and mailed it in along with a written appeal... they dismissed the ticket without even having a hearing. Lol

Nice FRS and wheels.. Tires are so shitty.. Spent so much on the car but cut corners on cheap Taiwanese tires.. Just don't get it..
So what do you all think of this.. Starting to see more Teslas on the road than GT-Rs..
A fully configured Model X performance model with all the goodies is over $100K..![ugh](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/ugh.gif)

Didn't the ceo say they're gonna have lifetime warranties on the batteries or something?

Goodbye.
I heard just like all other electric vehicles, you still need to get the batteries replaced after 10 years, which hilariously is when you will actually see savings from not having to buy petrol.

The whole electric car debate at the moment is not really about actual savings but more of a lifestyle choice. Like any new technology, early adoption is always costly. Give Tesla props for being innovative and taking a chance.
