I guess snow for y'all is like the beach to me lol
No matter where you live in FL the farthest away from a beach is 1hr
But snow= snowball fights, snowmen, snow angels, catching flakes on your tongue... It all seems so magical.

I was gonna base my essay on the following question:
"Most developed nations have universal health coverage. Why doesn't the US, the wealthiest nation, have it?"
What do you think? Seems rather easy. I'm just so f*ckn lazy. And working full time doesn't help.

(Just realized I responded an hour later... my bad, lol. I'm at work as I type this
)

Well thats a pretty nuanced topic that could so im sure you could easily write 8 pages on it if you wanted to
I think though that if you narrow down the topic in that field a little more you might have an easier time finding solid articles instead of just opinion pieces and shit articles written by people who dont understand healthcare
maybe something like: gdp vs life expectancy with some nod to universal health systems in your selected countries
or maybe something more like a look into countries which have made the switch to universal health care in recent years and how that affected their gdp/survival rates
with the passing of the affordable health care act there have been a flurry of interesting topics that have come up regarding universal health care in America, unfortunately we dont really have any solid data on it yet but you could definitely look into some recent google scholar articles and see if you can find an interesting thread that you might want to follow
just throwing some ideas out there and good luck; thankfully my school doesnt really make us do any papers ^__^

I live not too far away, in Jamaica Plain, and work in Cambridge.
Which grad school? Tufts? That's the only school I recall that's in the Chinatown area. But then again, I'm always drunk when I'm Downtown, LOL.
Are you heading to the MT meet? They always have a great turn out with a bunch of nice cars.
Yeah parking is nonexistant a) and b) in chinatown parking your car on the street is akin to vehicular suicide anyway
and c) its $300 a month at my complex and its valet only (fuck that); so no car here.
I used to roll around JP more often when I was in underground but nowadays im close to financial/quincy so everythings out here. Youre doing undergrand im guessing at one of bostons many fine institutions. I myself am a Jumbo like you said.
I wont be able to make it since ill be home for the holidays over break (1 of 2 chances i get to mod every year);
and to be fair, I am also always drunk when im downtown lol

I did switch from C.E to M.E. cause chem II was kicking my ass lol

Funny how everyone struggles with something different
i shit you not i took it for like 4 days and then i walked to my counselors office with a change of major form
and yeah i was just thinking the same thing. funny how something so easy for one person is a huge hurdle for another.
there really is no single standard of "this means you are smart"
