Thanks for the reply, however I've already been to their site. I was wondering if anyone knows if they will offer the V6 without the tech package. The 2013 just came out and sometimes they add other models later. Was the V6 available one time w/o the tech? I believe it was in 2010 and maybe 2011. I may consider leasing another TSX next May when lease is over and not too thrilled with the almost $40k price tag for the V6 with tech.

Acura seems to be making it quite clear that they will be putting a bullet in the TSX very soon, unfortunately. Also, the dealers around me seem to be very hungry for used TSXs in good condition, and I am going to guess that may have something to do with it...

I just looked on Acura's website and "built" a '13 TSX V6 Tech and then did the same with a '13 TL Tech and the price difference was about $500. I honestly don't know how Acura can justify retailing the V6 TSX for $40k. That is an insanely high price for the car. I agree with another poster on here that a loaded TSX V6 shouldn't top $35k.

with the dealer cash and incentives tied to the current tl, you'd be hard pressed to rationalize getting a tsx (even the 4-cylinder base model).

It was an absolutely beautiful fall day here in NC. The high temperature today was about 70 and the humidity was low. Don't know if any of you other V6 owners have noticed or not, but my car seems to love a 70 degree day with low humidity. I drove about a 100 miles today and my TSX seemed to be in optimum running condition. The engine kept begging me to explore its potential today which I gladly obliged. Don't know if it were all in my head or not but I swear it just seemed like I had an extra 20 horsepower today. The perfect weather conditions are all I can seem to attribute it to. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

Yeah cold air= theoretical hp increase. Air= more dense. Which =more O2 per same volume. Which =more complete combustion. Which= more hp. Cool huh
