Whats wrong with the OEMs?

 

Stick with a set of new OEMs. If you get incompatible ones or used ones with depleted batteries, you will have to pay to swap them, which involves unmounting / remounting / rebalancing each tire.

 

I believe these are 2 of a few that work fine in the 09-10 tsx:

I bought these for my 2013:

42753-STK-04

back in May 2016. At the time, they were $26 + shipping.

 

Discount Tire removed tire, installed a replacement, balanced tire, and reinstalled on my 10 TSX for $45. I couldn't find a replacement TPMS stem for much less.
