I've been a little confused and have been looking for a resource to see what body parts are interchangeable between the 2009 and 2011 models (if any).

Solely based on comparing pics online, it seems as if the 2009 front bumper is different from the 2011. Are the headlights different as well? or would a swap be plug n play?

The taillights are obviously different, but would they be exchangeable without modification?

Lastly same for the back bumper. Those are the only major body differences, correct?

 

bumper/grille/fogs changed

headlights are same

tail lights are slightly different, 11-12 has pink reverse and turn signal area, where as 09-10 has white

rear bumper is the same


this does not apply to the SE, which has front and side spoilers, and a different rear bumper


11-12 also has a chrome trunk trime

 

you already know about the tails, as you are trying to sell them from what i see

and yes on the tails I always liked the 2011+ ones better. I have a 2009 with some cosmetic front end work needing done and wanted to see what my options were.

 

The front bumpers are interchangeable but the grille has to be changed too
(as well as all the parts behind the cover, mesh, fogs etc.)
headlights are the same

Taillights are interchangeable, just a color difference

Chrome trunk trim can be added or deleted.
If you have a cam, it can be changed to remain stealthy, but not necessary.

Rear bumper is the same except the SE

 

lol i thought everyone on here just removed the chrome trim in the back when i first came to this forum.
finally figured out it was a addition.
