Would this fit?

5x114.3 Bolt Patter
18" Diameter
7.5" Width
+50 Offset
64.1 Centerbore

So my TL's suspension is pretty much stock, 4 fingers in the front 3 in the back and the offset right now is +55

question is will it fit without rubbing lol?

I can tell you are looking at the Inspyre wheels, absolutely no rubbing with the vehicle in any situation, as long as the suggested 215/45/18 tire size is used. You can also get away with the 235/40/18 tire size, but that is not suggested because the overall diameter doesn't match stock as perfectly as the 215's.
