Which is the worse fit?
19x8.0 +45
or
19x7.5 +42
Also, is it only wheel width and offset that matters...and not wheel diameter? ie. is 19x8.0+45 and 18x8.0+45 going to have the same clearance assuming tire sidewall heights are kept in proportion?
or
19x7.5 +42

19x8 with +45 offset is worse fit.

1 inch = 25.??mm 1/2 inch =12.5mm
so 19x8 with +45 offset = 19x7.5 with +33mm
