Will These Rims Fit...

Hey, i have a 1999 TL, its lowered with eibach springs and tokico struts. I used to have 18" BSA rims (225/40/18), but they rubbed in the back.. I'm not too sure what the offset on those were. But I can get a good deal on these 19x7.5 Rims, with 225/35/19 tires. These rims have a +42 offset... will they fit without rubbing?

hmm, i don't know about that
a 42 offset seems kinda sketch to me, it seems as though it'll keep hitting the fender.

Has anyone actually ever run this set up?
