Will I need to do fender mods?

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but can people confirm. What kind of fender mod will I need to do to the rear, will I need to do the front? I'm lowered on Tein SS.

I also don't want to run negative camber since this is my DD. With the offset will I run into that issue? Will a camber kit fix the issue?

Lastly what size tires should I be running on these and types of lug nuts.

front 19x8.5 43 offset
rear 19x9.5 42 offset

Thanks
