why r my ff1's coilovers to bouncy

so bouncy*** i thought they were good because a lot of people recommended them on here and when i got them i have to say i am kind of disappointed on the ride quality. is it me or is it just really bouncy and the back when the shocks hit a bump it gived a really loud thump. has this happened with any of you??

How did you go about installing them ? sounds like theres not much shock travel.
I was just reading this thread https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-1999-2003-98/wheel-shakes-vibrates-904073/
Might be a blown shock or not setup correctly.

LOL, they're not broken in yet. When I first installed my ff1's here in So Cal. I was on the 5freeway(shitty road) and breathing normally was hard to do on it haha. As for your rears... idk, seems weird.

The coilovers will get softer as you break them in though.

There is a break in period, they should soften up after a few miles.
Have a look at the bolts and make sure they are tightened up correctly.
Anything left loose is going to make noise.

It was my sway bar links that was making the noise. Where can I order the new links for the rear? Decided to go back to stock for now. Too much headache so I have them up for sale now in the black market if anyone is interested in buying.
