is there any polish out there that can restore the polish and get rid of fine scratches on a polished lip? my racing harts c4, the lip on them have gotten a bit dull and i need something that can shock and awe me with a nice slick looking lip again.

Are these the real racing harts? If so, you're most likely out of luck. The real Harts have an anodized aluminum finish which cannot be replicated in the US.

You can try a metal polish like Mother's or Simichrome but I don't know what the result will be. I had my Harts repaired and they removed the anodized finish and left them with a polished finish. That way I can take a buffer to them with some metal polish and get them looking like new again.

On second thought, why not try to use something like 3M Swirl Mark Remover to try to fill the scratches, then go over them with a carnauba wax.

Here's what you can do. Take it to a local wheel repair shop and get it repolished. The only thing is that it will take off the clear coat/anodized so you may have to clean them more often.
