Upper tie bar (03 TL, passenger side)

Searched the forums and couldn't find anything that answered this:

First and foremost: Thanks to everyone who has helped me in the past. I've gotten the vast majority of the body work done for a deal and the misfire problem is gone.

Short rehash:
Car had a few hits (none my fault). No claims on any except the last (little sis rear ended someone in the TL). Took the check from insurance with the intention of fixing three separate hits w/the one claim.

Only one thing left to fit:
Passenger side head light is not seated properly. The dealer wanted $500 to fix it and a local body shop/PDR guy offered to do it for $250. The story, per both:

The upper tie bar on the passenger side needs to be replaced (is it one bar or one on each side? I have no clue). Shop will replace, PDR/local shop for $250 will jimmy rig it to fit. Is this something easy enough to do on my own?

Thanks,

If it was written down for a replacement,it's not something you want to try to do yourself. Have a reputable shop do it and save yourself the headache.
The upper tie bar is 1 piece btw

By upper tie bar are you talking the Upper control arm or the strut tower brace?

Damn duplicate post.
Im pretty sure he is talking about the radiator support/upper tie bar, since he said the headlight is not seated how it's suppose
