The pillow mounts is not what's making tires wear unevenly. Are you dropped of any sort? If so, that may be the case since dropping it can have your car running negative camber.

Our cars does not come with coilovers stock, not even close. It's on shocks/springs.

I would get an alignment and have them check to see what's making your tires wear unevenly.

Tell him cutting his stock springs is not good, just go buy aftermarket ones.
If he wants to keep it that way, tell him he can get a camber kit for his rear (i'd go with ingalls) and then get an alignment and he should be good.

Well depending on how low is riding he may require a camber kit for the back. However, as other members have pointed out it is NOT simply camber that makes tires wear unevenly. Improper TOE can affect tire wear far more than camber. Tell your friend he should get a proper alignment and have them check his toe, then camber to make sure it's all within reason for his drop.

Get an alignment. With the comptech springs a camber kit shoudnt be needed. If he lowered it and never got an alignment thats the problem
