Will be fine. They'll be flush with the body which stock wheels are not. BTW what color is your car?

I was hoping you were going to say silver. That's a perfect color wheel to go with that car. Before painting them see if a polish then wax brings back the deep color and shine. Having tinted windows on a silver car really brings out gm wheels. I can't wait to see them on the car.

Those will be nice and flush and the design is solid. I would definitely get new tires of course. Also IMHO they'd be best all gunmetal, but only because I hate chrome lips with dark spokes (except for 02Type-s' wheels cause they just work).

Thank you, sir

I like the design on those. May be worth polishing up and seeing how you like them as is. However, being 18s the contrasting lip will make them appear a bit smaller.

wondering if 225/45r/18 or 50r still fit fine? not used to having 40r on tires

50 is too large of a profile and will throw your speedo off. Stick with the 40 or 45
