Are you looking to lower? If so decide on it you want coilovers or a set of springs paired with some good shocks. Coilovers you can adjust them up and down to a height you prefer (FF's has the most height adjustability).
i would do coilovers but i dont have real good roads where i live and come winter time i want to be able to clear all snow and ice one road and not eff up my front lip. so im just goin for that nice medium drop
The struts won't really change the ride height as that is what springs do. The HP series are non-adjustable versus the illuminas being fully adjustable in dampening. The illumina is the better strut only because they are adjustable to what your needs are but they are quite a bit more expensive. I am going with the HP series just because i don't need the adjustment and know that the HP ride perfect for my daily commute.
