the spokes on the CLS rims come out a bit whereas the TLS spokes are flat... the width of the CLS rims are 7inches, the TLS is 6.5... everything else is the same...

on the spoke of the TL-s wheel the flare at the top of the spoke starts sooner that the CL-Smaking it look different. I have a buddy down the street with an 03 CL-S and side by side they are very subtle differences. we traded wheels not too long ago and when you put CL wheels on a TL the differences become really obvious.

There was someone on here with a TL that had TL rims in the front and CL in the back. It was pretty noticeable.

TL FTMFW. they are just better(as far as wheels are concerned)

Other than 7" vs 6.5", the spokes on the CL-S rims come/stick out more than the TL-S rims. Because of that, CL-S rims tend to be easier to scrape against raised curbs. But you have to have the two lined up side-by-side to notice the subtle shape difference.
