Based upon the tirerack review, the G019 seems like a good performing tire (within its class):

In general, I've never been a fan of the all-season Bridgestone product. It's been a while since I have used an all-season Bridgestone on any of my cars (more of a Michelin person for all-season products) but based upon this survey, it seems things are improving at Bridgestone. The Michelin Pilot Exalo A/S has the highest rating in this survey (and is cheaper than the G019) ... you may wish to consider that in your decision. NOTE: Exalto A/S is an 91 weight / H-speed rated tire, so it's not 100% recommended on the TL-S but I doubt you will take your car to 150 mph any time soon.
Since you are from the New England, have you considered a set of dedicated summers / dedicated winter tires? I live in the Midwest and couldn't imagine going through a winter without dedicated snow tires (now that I stopped listening to my father about tires and done research on my own ...)

suspension
okay all you acura enthusiasts. I seemed to have corrected the suspension problem in the front end, you know how we get the clunking in the front end of the older acuras mine is a 2002type S: Tried everything finally, i decided to change the front strut mount bushings...what a difference, noises are gone, what a difference. keep this in mind when all else fails......
