tires for staggered fit

im in the process of getting staggered wheels 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear
i was thinking about going wide tires.. 235-35-19 for the front tires and 245-35-19 for the rear
im gonna be rolling fenders and if needed a slight pull

has anybody had these or wider on there 2G tl

What kind of wheels and what are the offsets? What ride height are going for? I would go with 225/35/19 fronts and 235/35/19 rear. 245/35/19 would rub like crazy, but that's my opinion. I have 19x9 +38 225/35/19 rear, fender rolled and pull with my tabs slighty trimmed with 1 finger gap and I rub on the trim still.

RH C2s, 18x8 +50 (which with 235/40s is flush right now with the front fender Im going to make it work. Wider tires is better for me, i just wish i could get 275s on it

should be about right, but first of all that 8" rim is too narrow for 255's you need at least an 8.5" rim (as per most tire manufacture's specs)

for the fronts, you will need like somewhere between a 6-10mm spacer to stop any rubbing at full crank (i do ever so slightly btw, but it is only like the sized of a quarter at the most though), with 245's and a 45 offset [probably could use like a 2mm spacer to prevent that, but )

but as far as the rears, it should be fine, only thing again i would watch that inside edge with that wider tire and higher offset from 45's, but again if any thing you will need minimal spacers )

but as far as that higher offset, you can always decrease the offset easily with spacer though (so to like a 45 offset with a 5mm spacer, and so on), only thing is that you may not have the biggest lip though on the outside edge

but to actually tell you the truth i think it would be possible to even fit a 265 in the back quite easily, with a little welding (mainly getting rid of a pinch weld on the rear cradle/crossmember) and the correct offset; then with a slight pull you might even be able to fit 275's possibly, but the issue with that though is then you are getting into staggered setups and different sized tires for the front and rear, so no rotation possible

ive run 255s on 8" for years on a different car. the 235 is slightly pulled in on it it shoudnt be a issue (just like a ran a 225 on the stock rim for 200k no issues.

I dont think ill rub, i have plenty of clearance on the inside??? i guess ill see, thanks for the heads up though.
