How old is your suspension? Is it a stock suspension? How low are you if not on stock suspension? Did it ever do this before with people in the back?
i would probably say not your suspension its just probably the threads on the tires hitting/scrapping the top of your fender from the extra weight in the back (if lowered on aftermarket set-up)

What is the offset on the rims. What is the tire size? Most likely its a combination of both that is your problem. We need more info to help you out.

check the rear wheel well to see what it is rubbing on exactly. if it is rubbing on the inner lip of your quarter panel, you can easily cut or roll it in to get more clearance.

good luck!
