exactly.. they are adjustable.. just adjust them until you are satisfied..

you should be able to get near stock height though, but thats just ridiculous..

^ so why don't you just adjust it till there's maybe a thread or two remaining and see if that fits your liking. If it doesn't.. best to just get springs / shocks instead IMO

Are the coils installed properly in the front? I have a 99TL also on Tein SS, car is sitting a quarter of the way up on the threads (two finger gap between fender and tire). Stock 16's, no rubbing at all.

When we installed the fronts, we forgot to put one washer back on. When I did a bounce test, the shock wasn't secured properly and it shot up into the enginer bay :S. Maybe this is happening to yours?

PS: I took apart mine and put the washer on, everything is fine now.

TEIN SS will not allow you to lift it to stock height, they are called drop springs for a reason. They will drop the car a standard few inches... I am dropped on the same springs so i got about one finger gap in the rear and about 1 and half finger gap in the front...

I remember a member here installed his springs incorrectly and the fronts were low... remember the long coilovers belong to the rear not the front...

That is kinda odd... the only thing I can think of is:
1. You have the wrong springs installed on the front.
2. You have the incorrect coilovers installed on the front
3. You got the wrong coilovers for your car...

How do the rears look? post pics of the rear... also post pics of the coilovers showing us the sticker that has the number on it...

I think he put the rear springs on the front. Another member accidentally did that too and had the same problem, as mentioned.

thats exactly what i did.. im the guy they are mentioning above with the backwards springs..

you can tell by the way the front springs are a LOT smaller than the tophat.. in all honesty, this should have been pretty obvious during install.. it sure as hell was to me..
