Tein Basic Question: Upper Mounts?

I'm about to buy these new tein basics. Basically here is the description.

"Package Comes Complete w/ 4 Springs, 4 Shocks, 4 Lower Spring Seats, 4 Seat Locks, 4 Thrust Washer, 4 Bump Rubber, 4 Dust Cover, 2 Hook Spanner & Instruction Manual.

With Out Upper Mount"

Should they come with the upper mounts, or do I use whatever is already on my car?

Hopefully excelerate chimes in on this as well.

It depends on your total mileage on the car and how you plan to drive
You can use the original stuff up to a point
If you plan to track day the car- get the upper mount/hats

see Tein post by MrHeelToe in Off Topic Sponsored Sales for a good descripton of what you need and why

You have to use your upper mounts from your stock set up. The Tein SS-P are the only teins that come with upper mounts(for the TL). Check with heel toe he can help you
