Strut tower (upper tie) bar

I am looking to get an aftermarket strut tower (upper tie) bar for my 2003 3.2TL.

On the advice of numerous people on this forum, I decided to get the Neuspeed upper tie bar, but when I tried to order it (both from a third-party vendor and directly from Neuspeed) I was told "that item has been discontinued".

I am having trouble finding *anywhere* that sells *any* strut tower bar for this car.

Has anyone else bought a good one recently? Can you recommend a particular bar and a place to buy one?

what would provide better performance? upper front strut tower bar, or a front sway bar? i have a 24mm rear sway bar and that works wonders in the corners, i am thinking a front sway bar would provide better performance over a strut tower bar by itself ?? yes, no?

Comptech Strut tower brace FTW, but then again it has been discontinued for a while, so only chance is really finding it used, let alone being a bit overpriced, but that did not stop me from getting one though, and at the CNC milling (it's also lighter then stock too )

i would go for a brace first, car already understeers at points and a front sway will make it even worse (but having some is desirable for a daily driver, so when you are tired and such, the tail end does not swing around on you)

Front sway bar hands down. The TL already has a nice 4 point strut bar.

That's what i was thinking, if its anything like the handling boost iv seen from my rear sway bar it will greatly reduce body roll.

Just look at the pics in my lapping day thread. The car has almost no lean to it. A strut tower wont eliminate that. (plus the car already has one)
