I dunno.. I also heard that even though it may be the right bolt pattern the heaviness of the car can be too much too handle for an aftermarket steele unless I just got hussled :S

06 civics have 5x114 so yes they will fix, difference between models is the size starting at 15" steelie to 17" alloy

and this is what your car will look like....i say you stick with the stocks...

Hey that's my CAR ..lol Although I admit they don't like very pleasing to look at I could care less, It'll be running through crazy amount of snow, deadly amounts of salt and I couldn't give a shit if they bend, if i pull the e-brake hit a curb and destroy the rim, It'll only cost me 30$. I like the fact having my stock rims just chill at home, and not worrying about the salt warping, and getting them scratched the shit outta them in winter. I once had my stock rims on for 1 winter and the salt ruined all of my center caps, the Acura sign had just warped and turned white and a little bit of warping was also on the wheel itself.

At 30$ a rim you can't go wrong so you can pop out ur shiny rims back in spring and ball!!! lol

You can buy some nice hubcaps and spraypaint them gunmetal (or whatever color you desire) for a better look than just the 'steelie' look.

stockies were made for all weather
if the center caps go bad then get new ones. not that much money.

and the wheels won't get messed up because everyone else uses them as snow wheels and no one else has problems...
and if they really get messed up then it gives you an excuse to buy wheels

Mine were corroded so I bought the 04 TL center caps and replaced my OEM ones. The 04+ TL are way better caps.

try getting a honda accord V6 one. Only my Canadian ppl's would understand why we run steelies here in winter. I've seen some rims that were Permantly brown and warped all over cause of the amount of salt we get on the road. If you guys ever come down here u'd be shocked at how many TL'ers run on steelies durin the winter....

Yeah 15 is a nono on the TL. Get a set of 16's must be 5 x 114.3. As for tire you can mount 205/60/16. I know that its kinda a hard to find size so you can even go 205/55/16 which is cheaper and alot easier to find.

16" steel wheels on type S

hey guys
I know this is 02 tl, and i know 02 and 03 tl and tls are same, i have 03 TLS, can i fit 16" steel wheels for winter on my TLS or they would conflict with brake calipers.
I appreciate any help i can get since just confused bc i heard from some people that 16's wont fit and tirerack says it will, so if anyone has done it already please let me know.. Thanks
