Staggered Wheels on a 00?

These are the wheels I like: http://www.vrwheels.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=2853

Exactly how hard would it be to make these wheels fit?

I'm not putting a lip kit on. I want to stick with 17". So those will fit without any issues?

Stock right now. I was thinking of picking up these and while they are getting refinished grab a set of function form coils.
