Springs

Aight guys im lookin to buy a set of springs. I was just curious as to which springs will give me the nicest drop. I'll buy the camber kit also if needed. These are only gonna be temporary til i order a full suspension in the spring when i order my rims but i just an't stand the wheel gap. I was either gonna go with the tein s tech or maybe the H&R racings.

Springs are all opinionated. If you want the best, get Tein SS coilovers, then you'll have exact height you want.

But out of those two, I would go with the H&R sport springs.

comptech will drop 2", compare with 1.75" for the H&R sport

Eibach pro will drop 2.25", but will need a camber kit

H&R sport different from H&R OE? (don't the OE sag in the back eventually?) I really am only thinking about a very sublte drop, the smallest possible.

BTW i love your rims samkws! I was thinking about getting 17" type-s for my tl-p, but now you have me thinking about those tsx rims.

u can the H&R Racing Springs is like 2.2" front n 1.7" rear...but u sacrifice the comfortbility...the OE Springs r subtle...n i dont think the OE n Sports sag anymore...kuz they started shipping the newer models for the TL...not accord...

the OE will still get 0.75" drop all around

only the sport will get a 1.5" rear

H&R racing springs are too stiff, if you want to go low, Eibach is way to go

I have Comptechs and a system. The Comptechs have a nice ride and the car is exactly even - I have measured.

keep in mind, that now the new Comptech Springs, are rebadged Eibach's from what ive heard. They drop the same height as teh eibhach's, no longer 1.5/1".

So Dark DJ, do you know if the issue with rusting has been addressed? RE: comptech springs.
