Do these prelude rims fit a 1999 TL? Would they look good? What size are they?

I like the look but aren't they 15"? If they are, I doubt they'd fit (our stock 16" rims barely clear the front calipers on the inside).

Looks good on the First Gen TL, but i doubt it will look good on the second Gen, plus if they're 15's it is too small.
