Sides are Uneven after H&R drop. Anyone know why?

OK, I just installed new H&R OE Sport Springs with new Stock Acura OEM shocks on my 99' TL and my Left side is uneven with the Right side. After carefully measuring all 4 corners. (from center wheel cap to wheel fenders)
My Front Left is .4" higher than my Front Right.
My Rear Left is .4" lower than my Rear Right.

I don't get it. I have done several (maybe 5 or so? ) spring installs before and have never encountered this. The H&R springs were labeled 2 with Front and 2 with Rear only. So there weren't any specific Right and Left springs. (They do not have specific springs for Front Left/Right or Rear Left/Right. I.E. Comptech Springs) I wonder if having Comptech Sway bars have anything to do with it. Also, anyone know if H&R springs have a break-in period for it to settle to the specified height drop?

This irritates the crap out of me b\c it's really noticeable when you're standing far or close behind or in front of the car. Does anyone have any possible ideas? (other than what I have eliminated already)? Thanks guys... or gals.

Thanks for some of the possible causes.

Would shocks really affect the height? I just figured if shocks are busted they wouldn't ride smooth.

As far as springs being backwards. I double checked that. My springs are upright and the coils are all aligned to the indents on the bottom part of the shocks. I also double checked that I faced the springs correctly (inward or outward). They are facing the same way as stock. I checked with a friend with the same model TL. Any other ideas?

The sways won't do anything with this. Yes, the springs need time to settle, maybe a week or two. I would just let them settle and see how it gets over time.
