So i got H&R springs and i put it with my stock shocks and the car is just bouncing all over the place and it feels like shit when driving bang bang everywhere will i damage anything driving like this? and what am i damaging?
also if i decide to get new shocks which ones would go best with the h&r's

go back and recheck your work.. look how the springs are seated.. are the washer there so that the shocks aren't sticking way up outta the mounts.. bushing bad? miles on stock shocks.
