Rubbin On 20's

Put 20's On Only Rub When Rear End Bounces. Wondering If A Koni Shock Would Fix This? Or Diffrent Springs?

Probably not. 20s are a big tire for the TL. what offset are you running, cause if its wrong nothing you do will keep it from rubbing

Rims Are 20 X 7.5 With 40 Offset..took It To A Body Shop Yesterday The Claim Rolling The Fenders Will Make Clearance After The Took A Look @ It. I Also Read A Forum About Someone Putting A Inch Longer Spring In Rear. Ever Heard Of This Or Where You Buy Something Like That?

Whoever sold you those rims don't know very much about the 2nd gen TL. 7.5" rim with +40 offset?! The car comes from the factory with a 6.5" rim with +55 offset. Not only are your new rims wider, the offset is WAY lower.

If you go with a taller shock, your car is going to look like a real 4x4. Then you might have issues with camber (toe OUT). Dude ... I think your setup can't be easily fixed. I seriously doubt cutting tabs + rolling fenders is gonna help in your case. If you combed this part of the site and did a search ... very few people have done 20s 'cause of the offset issue (ie no rim manufacturer makes rims with such a high offset without it being custom).

Can you bring back to where you bought them and go with a different setup? If you're gonna go with a 7.5" rim, you'd best to get something with at least +45 offset or more (ie higher, the better)

Good luck.
