i have a question...i bought my new falkens n i tend on running them without the center cap...so i took them off last nite...n it appears that they painted the inside edge gunmetal too...i think thats really kool...but it appears that on all the rims...the gunmetal paint on the inside is like chipping...like i can sorta flake the paint of with my nails...is there anyway to do it faster?...can i use really really fine sandpaper?...like model sandpaper? 1 thing im worried bout is that if i use sandpaper...isnt that gona cause rust when it rains?...the reason y im asking is that i dont mind if the center isnt colored...thx...

But you could try wet sanding it. Use fine sandpaper and wet it with water. Apply even pressure and go back and forth.
