Rims/Tire Advice

hey guys i am wondering if these would fit. right now i am riding on stockies and i want to change them. I found these on craigslist. and i already have a huge gap between tire and fender. Will this be even a bigger gap? and is the price worth it. 90% tread remaining

ask him for the width and offset and what size tire are on there

dont get rims until you lower the car (especially 17's)

the tires i have on right now are 205/60/16 i just asked the seller about the tire size on his rims he said 205/40/17. what do you think? bolt pattern 5x100?

^ 5x100 doesn't fit on our cars.. ours is 5x114.3
