RIMS for an 03TL -S

Hey wats up guys i just bought an o3 tL type s i love it its like my 6th car and its my favorite yet, i wanted to put some 20,s on it but ive heard alot of mixed answers so i figured someone here might know, if i put 20,s on it can i still lower it or is it easier to get 19,s and lower it because i want big rims but at the same time i want the car to sit nice and low on them, and if anyone has some rims for sale let me know too i want something with a lip . thanks ~GEEZ~

welcome. you will have better luck with 19's with a high offset and no wider then 8". check out the "black market" section to see whats for sale. search the forum and you can find people who have setups that you looking to run.

your 20 and have had 6 diff cars?!!?!? thats crazy

Keep it simple and use 19s ... 20s are too troublesome, tires too expensive ... hard to find 20s that will fit without any significant fender modification.

Alright, so if i do 8.5 there to wide because some guy at the tire place said that there shouldnt be a problem but i thought that was a little wide, and thats good news because im getting a set of eibach springs on monday. is a 2 inch drop too much. or actually 19 X 8 35 series tires with a 2 inch drop? is that gonna be perfect? thanks guys.

It is hard to find a set of 20's with a correct offset. 20's will mostly likely have a +45 offset and that will definitely rub. You cannot get that slam look with 20's unless you have fender modification.

Go with 19's they fill the wheel well nicely.
