Removing back seat

How can one remove the back seat to replace the rear struts in 2001 Acura TL.

very simple--four bolts at the bottom of the seat back (two near the doors and two near the arm rest). then pop the seat back upward with some force.

i know this is old but you dont need to take out the rear seat to get to them, just pop off the pillars and then the rear deck.
