Rear Rotors Stuck! Help

So I'm replacing my rotors and pads on my 02 TL-S, did the front with no problem but when i get to the rear I cant get the rotors off. Is there something that I need to do that I'm not doing, or are they just rusted on there that bad?

use a hammer and a block of wood or a rubber mallet to knock it loose - carefully though.

You may need to release some of the tension on the rear parking brake drum. Rotate the rotor so that the oval shaped rubber plug is on the bottom. Then pop it out and with a flashlight look in the hole. You will see what can best be described as a spur like on a cowboy boot. With a flat head screw driver turn it so that it releases tension on the parking brake shoes.
