Questions needing answers

So I own a 01 stock TL and I havent done any mods to it. All I'm really lookin to do is throw some wheels and a suspension on it. The wheels that have caugt my eye are the "Konig Unknowns" and I don't know wether I should go with the 19 or 18's. So if any knows exact specs (offset and shit like that) that will allow me to not to have rub that would be greatly appreciated. As for suspension, if anyone has a system on their car that would recommend for mine?

Lots of info can be found HERE regarding wheel and tire combos that will fit the TL.
The decison to go with 19's should be based on road conditions in your area. Pot holes will kill 19's fairly quick, regardless if they are cast or forged.

try getting 18's with a 48+ offset.

drop it with tein SS or h&r/eibach springs w/ tokico or koni shocks

The offset (+48) depends on the wheel width. 7.5" rim with +48 offset would be great. 8" rims would need +51 offset . 8.5" rims ... forget it unless you're going to do a custom widebody kit.

When you do more searches, you'll realize how limited the rims available for a 2nd gen TL (or Hondas) due to the high offsets required. 18s can be found ... 19s are rarer.

The only option you have in the Unknowns is

18x7.5
5x114.3
+45 offset

That's assuming you don't slam the car.

Maybe go with Tein or H&R OE springs
