Question question on rotation

hi,

i've had only stock michelin tires up to 54300 mi. I went to do a tire rotation at STS Tire and Auto and they found a bubble on one of the front tires. I had em replace both the front tires with new Toyo TPT tires and keep the two best michelin stock tires in the rear.

Now what do i do regarding rotation...do i just keep the TPTs in the front and get em auto-balanced but no rotation until they match out to the wear on the rear tires?

Plus the TPTs are directional tires...im not sure if this makes a difference.

with directional tires, you only rotate front to back (on the same side obviously). So you will just start your tire rotation like that, or you could switch the sides the michelins are on when you rotate, but you will always go front to back with your new directional ones.

But ya, just keep the new ones on the front and do a normal rotation in 5000-7500 miles, and keep with that schedule.
