Sup everyone.

I had a question about Volks and Work type wheels. I have racing harts right now but i found out that racing harts have a rolled lip if its a multi piece wheel. I just had to get two of my wheels repaired. but the thing is because its a rolled lip if you get a bend its hard to repair without it being costly. so im thinking i might be selling my 19s very soon.

So i was wondering if Volks or Works have that rolled lip?? if its a solid lip all the way then that will be my next brand im going for. but if its a rolled lip then im wanting another brand. its just that the rolled lip for vegas sucks. it bends all the time and im not wanting to pay a retarded amount to get a wheel welded.

the wheels im looking for is the work sov ones like the one in the hawaii show off thread on the black TL and or the Volk GTC or GT7s. if anyone knows if they are rolled that would be nice cause i dont want to have rolled lip on my new set of wheels. thanks for any info. j

there not work's, there SSR vienna sovereign, good luck finding a set as they were discontinued, and they have a rolled lip, cuz there a 3 piece wheel

woops. my bad. thats right they were SSRs. thanks for the correction. as for the harts it depends on when my wheel repair guy lets me know. if he can even repair it. but even though i do decide to sell my bro in hawaii is going to take it. sorry guys. hmm. so SSR's have the rolled lip. crap. do all 2 and 3pc wheels have a rolled lip??

I believe the Volk GT-7s and GT-Ps have the rolled lip that you are talking about. I'm not sure about the lip on the Work wheels. However, Rays Engineering and Work wheels are stronger wheels than RH's. Contact Bulletproof Automotive or another distributor for information about those wheels.

it takes alot to bend a ray's engineered wheel, volks for instance...forged titanium, strong/durable and light ^^

Sorry to disappoint, but all wheels can bend or get bent or crack. Depends on what size hole you run over or fall into. Get something you like. I agree there are some stronger wheels than others, but it comes down to the looks of the wheels. My 2 cents.

don't bother shipping it back to hawaii....rh is going for dirt cheap here. unless is a real deal 3 piece japan model

yeah. its the real deal hart wheels. they are technically 3pc but the lip and the barrel is welded together and the center is nut and bolted together. its made in japan. so it is worth kind of a lot brand new. its the same M5s on the fast and the furious supra in the first movie. plus my bro always wanted this wheels.
