ok then i want at least 19's on my 02 tl s whats the best size to lower it ????

at LEAST 19s? Trade your car in for something that would look right w/ huge rims.

If you want to race, then get SMALLER, lightweight rims + good tires. 19s are heavy, increased rolling resistance, more prone to cracking or bending (due to less tire sidewall to protect rim), expensive tires ...

Save your money, keep the rims you have and put good tires on it. The TL isn't a race car. You should have bought a used S2000, Z350, WRX or something like that if you wanted speed.

If you are insistent on buying 19s, don't buy chromed ones since the plating adds more weight to the rim. In that case, you're only putting the rims on for show.
