offset????
I would not go below 45 offset. The closer to the stock offset of 55 is the best. 42, 45 and 48 are pretty common on the board. What is the width? Konig makes a wheel called the Prophet 20x7.5 with 45 offset that will fit. Other than that, to find 20's that aren't wider than 8" may be a challenge. This Thursday, I have 19x8 Zenetti Five's with 45 offset and 235/35/19 tires and the previous owner did not rub at all, even with a similar drop.
You may get slammed with folks telling you not to go with 20's. They work better on the 3rd Gen TL, but may want to keep it to 18's or 19's with no more than 8" wide wheel. Check out the tire/wheel spec thread for 2nd Gen TL setups so you can get a good idea.
