Normal Drop?

Normal Drop?

So i just put on some h&r sport springs and the right side of the car is sitting a little higher then the left side and i dont know if this is normal, on the right side i can fit three fingers but on the left i can fit three but its just a bit tighter anyone kno if this is normal?? is it just because both sides can never be exactly equal? thanks for help

That doesn't sound right. I've got just under two fingers at all four corners with my H&R Sport springs. Who did the install, and are you talking about the front and rear on the right being at 3 fingers?

HMMMM....sounds like you have new springs...give them about 2 weeks or so to settle then go and see if you need an alignment...if they arent new then "HOUSTON YOU HAVE A PROBLEM"...

The 3 finger space was for the front tires...Was I supposed to compress the new springs all the way before I installed them?Also,I didn't trim anything and I haven't done a wheel alignment yet,wat do you think the problem could be other than letting it sit for 2 weeks?

before you took the old springs out did you mark the top of the strut and lug with chalk or something to make sure you line them up correctly with the new springs?

I had them installed at the shop,they just took off the old springs off the shox and put the new ones on...

i would go back and let them know about it asap and let them know that u will be back in 2 weeks when the springs settle to see if antyhing changes...jus to cover urself...

let the springs settle.. transmission is on driver side.. so that could be a possibility.

like others have said let the springs settle and see how it is after about 2week or so, also the driver side of the car is going to be heavier..so that might be another reason
