Need help finding +48 offset or higher rims!
Hello all,
After a bit of calling around, it looks like 18" Racing Harts for our bolt pattern only come in +42 offset, which is way too low for me. I'm currently running a +45 offset setup which rubs with even one person in the back. I don't want a multi-piece setup, so those lines of Racing Harts are out of the question.
I'm basically looking for a high-quality 5-spoke or similar style one-piece wheel with a lip, that has a +48 offset or higher. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much.

Those Advan wheels look really nice, but the price tag is a bit hard to swallow... double the price of the Harts...
Any other suggestions? I saw the RonJon wheels which would fit great, but the two available styles don't really fit my taste...

I think it varies from case to case, but I have rubbing with one person in the back seat, and I have cut the tabs. So that's why I want +48 offset or higher...

and after u cut the tabs, still rubs?
I have a heavy sub with some tools in the trunk, so thats around 100lbs easy.... the last thing i want is for the tire to rub, especially driving on pothole/uneven roads of NYC.

Just get +42 offset and roll you fender a little. Its not a major job.
Also, you want high offset and you are looking for a good/decent wheels, get 18"5Zigen Hyper. They are one piece 5 spoke wheels and they look pretty nice. I know they have 18x7.5 w/+48 offset which will work for sure. The price is around $200-$250 per wheels which I think is very reasonable for good wheel.
Call Dave at F1 Motorsports (North Hollywood) and he can give some advice. as for phone number, try 411.
My brother has SSR GT1 18x8 (+48 offset) and I think he might be interested in selling. We are thinking about getting 18" 5 Zigen Hyper (1 Piece)
Here is the website for 5Zigen

UCLAtl, are you dropped, and how much?

I'm pretty much in the same predicament, I am dropped on a set of H&R Sport springs. I am currently running on a set of 17X7's with a +45 offset. Looking at my current wheel setup, my tires are almost flush with the wheel-wells. I've been looking around for a set of wheels similar to what your describe (without the rivets and the multi spokes). I really don't want to start cutting plastic tabs and rolling fenders on my car to get things to fit.....good luck on your search!

they also have the 18x7.5 5zigen 5zr w/ 48 offset.
these would fit nicely.
i am sure they would need to backordered...
but they are like 225.00 a piece.
not too bad.
