need help!!

I'm trying to adjust my F2 type ones for the first time since I've installed them. First off the wrenches always slip off its retarded. Second off, maybe I'm not doing it right, how do I adjust my fronts? Do I use both wrenches or what? TIA!

You need to have the entire end of the car you're adjusting off the ground and no load on the suspension when adjusting your coils. Ideally you should be suppressing the spring to take some of the load off the strut collars as well. I've had my Teins on the same height for the past 3 years now (including winters) so I'm pretty sure I'm past the point of ever being able to adjust them again.

never loosened anything BUT that single lowest collar.

me spraying down the threads before install helped out a lot for adjusting later down the road.
