Either hack those fenders till they fit or sell the wheels. I prefer the latter.
8" widths require a minimum +49 offset or, well you know what'll happen.

3 options

1 - Raise the car
2 - Cut the fender lining/roll the fenders
3 - Sell the wheels

Not even stock shocks and springs can help you out. Your wheel/tire combo must be sticking out from the fenders. The wheels are just too wide for the car.

Ditto. There's nothing you can do to fix your problem with those wheels. Put your stock wheels back on and sell the 19s. All you're doing is a shaving miles off your tires.

I was thinking of getting camber arm kit for rear...

And I would just use neg set-up and camber that it....

I know I have to change tires more often... but... It seems like this is the only option... or putting stocks back on... =)

If TireRack told you they'll fit and they didn't, then they should take them back. Give it a shot. I'm sure they have some sort of return policy.

I'm shocked they even sold them to you once you told them what car you had. They were anal over not wanting to sell me a 18 x 7.5 with a 45 offset and that setup works with our cars.

Just sell them and get a different wheel. So much less headache.

Just go ahead and sell them bro. I used to run a 19x8 with a 42 offset without any drop and it rubbed sometimes.

I suspect that CL's have a different body clearance than the TL's. Not just you, I have heard many different CL owners who have successfully fitted wheel/tire setups which on TL would rub like crazy. So it will definitely help to stay with the experiences from TL owners, unless you own a CL.
