^Only get pillow mounts if you want even better handling at the expense of ride quality.

The coilovers for our cars are rough aren't they? I think I'm going to go for the TEIN H.TECH. Small amount of drop for me.

TEIN Basics FTW. Firm but not stiff ride, adjustable ride height, reasonable price.

What coilover's will get you the lowest drop? I'm not so concerned about a stiff ride. At this point, I just want it LOW.
If you get just Tein basics, can you later get Tein dampers, etc, and use the existing coilovers? I'm scared to get 18's in fear of the extreme 4x4 look w/out the full blown $1000 Tein SS package.

TEIN doesn't do sleeve and spring type coilovers. They only do a true coilover setup, which has a threaded shock body to adjust ride height. So you get 4 springs, 4 shocks, etc TEIN Basics are firmer than stock but not stiff and have a lowering range of -2.0" to -3.5" in the front and -1.7" to -2.7" in the rear. I would say that is plenty enough lowering capability. The Basics list price is $750 which is a good price considering what you get. PM me for AZ discounted price.
