is350 wheels and tires

i search and couldn't find details for the is350 wheels. my buddy has a set and is selling them to me for $300 with tires, they are 18x8 +45et and 18x8.5 +50et with 225/40/18 front and 255/40/18. if i change out the rears tires to 225/40 or 235/40, they should fit right? im lowered on tein basics and have about a half inch gap between the tire and fenders. i think i may have to cut the rear bumper tabs too right, but do i have to roll my fenders? thanks guys.

thanks, i just need a temporary setup. tired of the tl-p stock wheels and the tires are almost gone. i'm going tomorrow to test fit it as is and see how much room i have for the rear tires. the offset is weak, but at least i dont have to do much work on my car to get these to fit. i'm running 17x8 +35et w/ 5mm spacers and 17x9.5 +38 w/3mm spacers on my 96 accord, i like it flush. i'm saving up for some 19's with an agressive offset.

Damn, I think I heard of that before. Thanks, I guess this plan is scratched. Time for some cheap tires and save up for some clean 18's or 19's.

Edit: just confirmed, these wheels have a bore size of 60.01. It's not gonna work.

If someone was really intent on using these rims, I think you could take them to a machine shop to have the bore increased to 64.1mm

Honestly, I wouldn't buy something too wild for my wife's car, unless she's a pro. car racer.

lol, well, it's "her" car but we just switched. She's driving the CR-V and i'm driving the TL now. i trust her driving though, she took good car of my audi with some 19x8 and 19x10 JLINE wheels. No curbs or bends.

I dont think I'll have time to hangout with the peeps in Hi. It'd be nice, but the WIFEY will have a fit. It's our honeymoon trip that is 1.5+ years over due.
