Input needed on Koni Yellows and H&R Sport springs

Hey, I got a friend who has the setup and the car feels bouncy. He's got it on the lowest perch and he's been playing with the damper but can't seem to get away from the bouncy ride. I'm getting a great deal on the same setup (too good to give up), but after riding in his car, I'm not sure if I want to go the same route.

I've heard great feedback on that setup, but I'm kind of hesitant after feeling how his car rides.

Oh both cars are a 2003 TL-S. He's on the stock rims all year long (if that matters).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Something is wrong with them. Did he adjust the dampening AND rebound? Rebound NEEDS to be adjusted while the shock is off the car (stupid that there isnt another way to adjust it) but it can make a big difference in ride, same with the dampening as it too set to high can make the ride bad.

Mine rides better than stock with the Koni Yellow and H&R sports.

Thanks folks.

I didn't know you can adjust both rebound and dampening on these shocks for our car (I highly doubt my friend knew too). So, if the dampening gets adjusted using the knob on top of the shocks, how do you adjust rebound?

One is adjusted by the knob on the top; the other is adjusted by rotating the shaft of the shock but that is done before installation.
